Black Walnut and Maple Side Table

This project began life as a Google Sketchup drawing. It was the first time I used Sketchup to design a piece of furniture.
Build
Milled up apron and leg stock
I like to use contrasting woods on my projects, so I picked black walnut for the table aprons, hard maple for the profiled legs, and soft maple for the round top. I created templates from 1/4 in MDF for the round top and legs. I used those templates to cut the pieces final shape on the router table after rough cutting on the bandsaw.
